Price:
The total rent for the entire house is €4,800 per month.
This property is only available for group rental.
The house must be rented as one group of six tenants.

The landlord does not determine the individual room prices.
The tenants themselves are responsible for agreeing on the division of the total rent and deciding how much each person pays per room.

SHORT-STAY PACKAGE

This apartment comes with a mandatory short-stay package of  €280,- per person (organized by the property manager) which can be taken with you after the contract has expired: 

• Apartment package (shared by residents, so one package per apartment) includes: tableware (dinner and side plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs); complete cutlery set; cooking essentials (induction frying pans, wok, pan set, wooden spoons, spatulas, and knives); cutting boards and colander; bottle opener, corkscrew, and peeling knife; tea and kitchen towels; dishwashing supplies (dish soap, dish brush, dishwasher tablets, scrub pad); pot holders and coasters; bath mat, toilet paper, and toilet brush with holder; hand soap; and cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, cleaning cloth) 

• Bed package (one package per person) includes: mattress cover, pillow, duvet, pillow, pillowcase, bed linen & towels. 

CLEANING

Prepaid cleaning charges per person are € 125,- charged by the cleaning provider. If the apartment is handed over in a condition inferior to that observed during the check-in process, additional costs shall be levied. 

TENANT ASSISTANCE FEE

Tenant assistance fee of € 120,- includes: 

• Setting-up utilities and other services (if applicable): Gas / Electricity / Water; Internet / Television; (Digital E-) SIM card / Telephone; Bank account; Moving; Insurance; Finding a Job 


• General services: 

Information guide; Assistance with registering at the municipality; Information about municipal taxes; Mid-year check-up to check quality of apartment (if applicable); Managing check-out cleaning 

• Rental assistance systems for young professionals / international students: 

Online service system (via QR code in apartment) to help with maintenance issues in your apartment; Office helpdesk; 24/7 emergency service

The rental price is including utilities.
