About the place

I am renting an old house in the middle of Buren. Now I search somebody to share the flat with.
I am Swiss, and I speak German, English, French and a little Dutch. 
The sleeping room is small, but there is a spaceous living room and a large office. There are beds for guests and a courtyard. 
The idea is to share all costs. I have written half of the rent that I pay to the landlords, but there will be additionally half the cost for internet/water/electricity/garbage tax etc., but I don't know them precisely yet.
