About the place

Because I will be studying abroad for a few months, I am temporarily renting out my lovely 40 m² apartment in the centre of Breda. The apartment is perfect for someone who enjoys living independently and having a place all to themselves. It is available from 1 October 2026 until 28 February 2027.

The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from Breda Central Station, and the city centre is also within a 10-minute walk. From the apartment, you have a lovely view over the Korte Boschstraat and the beautiful Valkenberg Park. The apartment also comes with a private parking space, allowing you to park easily in the city centre without any additional parking costs.

The apartment consists of a separate bedroom, private bathroom, living room with kitchen, a small hallway, and a spacious storage cupboard. You have your own key, and the apartment has two separate entrances. There is also a safe place to store your bicycle indoors, and there is a bench in front of the apartment where you can sit and relax.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes:

🌱 Important: Plant lover wanted!

One of the most important requirements is that you genuinely love plants. As you can see in the photos, my apartment is filled with plants. Some of them are quite large and valuable, so while I am abroad, it is very important that they are properly looked after and watered regularly.

Please note that if the plants are demonstrably not properly cared for and this results in damage, this may have consequences for the security deposit.

I am therefore looking for someone who is tidy, responsible, and has previous experience living independently. The apartment is small but cosy, and it is important to me that someone treats it with care and feels at home here.
