About the place

Because I will be studying abroad for a few months, I am temporarily renting out my lovely 40 m² apartment in the centre of Breda. The apartment is ideal for someone who enjoys living independently and having their own private space. The apartment is available from 01/10/2026 until 28/02/2027.

The apartment is only a 10-minute walk from Breda Central Station, and the city centre is also within a 10-minute walk. From the apartment, you have a beautiful view of Korte Boschstraat and Valkenberg Park. The apartment also comes with a private parking space, so you can park in the city centre without additional parking costs.

The apartment consists of a separate bedroom, private bathroom, living room with kitchen, a small hallway and a spacious hallway cupboard for additional storage. You will have your own key, and the apartment has two separate entrances. You can safely store your bicycle inside, and there is a bench right in front of the apartment where you can sit and relax.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes:

🌱 Important: Plant lover wanted!

One of the most important requirements is that you genuinely love plants. As you can see in the photos, my apartment is full of plants. Some of them are quite large and have considerable value. While I am abroad, it is therefore very important that you take good care of them and water them regularly.

Please note: if the plants are demonstrably not properly cared for and this results in damage, this may affect the return of your deposit.

I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible and has lived independently before. The apartment is small but cosy, and it is important to me that the person living here treats it with care and feels at home.

I am looking for a new tenant as soon as possible, so the viewing date can definitely be changed in consultation. I’m not sure whether housing allowance is available. Please also keep in mind that there will be an additional fee for final cleaning.
