About the place

Hello, I am renting an apartment in Arnhem but I found a job in another city so I want to let go of the apartment. Every housing procedure will be handled with the rental agency responsible, but I will just gather people that are interested (thats because I'm basically ending my contract earlier than what we agreed on) and give the potential candidates to the agency so that they decide who gets a viewing. So about the place, it's a beautiful apartment, about 50 sqm, in the center of Arnhem. It's furnished, it also has towels, sheets, and plates, it has a balcony and it's on the 2nd floor. The rent is 1557€ per month excl the utility costs, personally for me gas, electricity, and water were on average 100€ per month so I would say a max would be 150€ for someone who needs extra heat during the winter. The place doesn't have its own washing machine, but you could either buy one or rent from coolblue(that's what I am doing). The contract wiIl be indefinite like mine was.
