Looking for a comfortable one-bedroom apartment in a great location in Arnhem? This cozy apartment of approx. 35 m² might be just what you’re looking for. One of its biggest highlights is the spacious balcony (12–15 m²) — perfect for enjoying the sun, having a coffee, or relaxing after a long day 🌿☀️

You’ll live independently, only sharing the main entrance with four other tenants who live elsewhere in the building. The washing machine and dryer are also shared with these four residents.

After the summer, a brand-new kitchen will be installed. This will cause around two days of minor inconvenience, but afterwards you’ll be able to enjoy a fresh, modern kitchen.
