We’re renting out our lovely, bright 1-bd flat in beautiful Jordaan, fully furnished, very well equipped. We're an artist/designer couple, so the vibe reflects that. 

Beginning as early as Feb 22st. Flexible period, can be short or for the long term, ideally 3 months minimum but negotiable. Can be with registration. Ideal for expats, single or couple. Perfect location next to loads of restos, weekend markets, pubs/wine bars, shops, etc. 

61 sq m, 3rd & 4th floors of a beautiful building in Jordaan, with N & S facing windows, loads of light, very clear views (rarity for that neighbourhood). Energy A+, newly double glazed windows, newly installed heat-pump for eco heating.
Bedroom is perched in the topmost loft, with no neighbours above. Views of Westerkerk and Noorderkerk. AC, drop-down cinema smart projector, designer/vintage furnishings throughout, very well equipped kitchen (Smeg, Le Creuset, etc.), walk-in shower, separated toilet, washer, dryer. Vintage writer’s desk, wicked fast wifi. Oak flooring. Vintage re-upholstered couch can also fold out into bed for guests. 

Basically this is our beloved home but we are having to move abroad.
Our dream would be to find someone who would also love it back. We have bikes you can use too.
Note there are steep Dutch stairs to climb.
