About the place

I'm going traveling so for approx. one month I'm subletting my lovely apartment in Amsterdam West.

The apartment is 60m2, has lots of light and is equipped with everything you need:
- Fast internet, floor heating and cooling
- Washer/dryer in the storage room (inside the apartment)
- Spacious bedroom with large 2p bed, perfect for solo renters and couples
- Cute balcony facing the northwest (sun in mid afternoon and evening)
- The building has an elevator, shared inner garden and a bike parking garage
- Kitchen equipped with induction stove, dishwasher, nespresso machine and all other amenities

The apartment is super centrally located. Train and metro station 'Station Lelylaan' is only a few minutes walk, Rembrandtpark is a 5 minute walk or walk 15 minutes to Vondelpark, and within just one 1 minute you drive up the A10 highway. Also supermarkets, gyms and coffee spots are in walking distance.
