About the place

For the period from February 1st to August 31st, I am looking for someone who would enjoy living in my apartment and take good care of it. It is a bright and quiet 45 m² apartment with one bedroom, ideal if you are looking for a comfortable temporary home in Amsterdam.

The apartment is fully furnished and truly feels like a home. The living room is spacious and filled with natural light thanks to the large corner windows, letting daylight in throughout the day. There is a comfortable seating area, a round dining table that is also perfect for working from home, and an open, relaxed atmosphere that makes the space very pleasant to live in. From the living room, you can step directly onto the small balcony with a view of the church. In addition, there is a shared inner garden, a lovely green spot right in the middle of the city.

The bedroom is quiet and practically furnished, with plenty of closet space. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, so there is no need to bring anything except your personal belongings.

The rent is €1275 per month, including utilities, with a deposit of one month’s rent. 

The neighborhood
The apartment is located in a lively yet pleasant area of Amsterdam. Within walking distance you’ll find several great coffee spots, small local shops, and good restaurants for both weekdays and weekends. Amsterdam Central Station is just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around the city and beyond.

I am looking for someone who will treat the apartment with care and enjoy living here as much as I do during this period.
