About the place

My housemate and I will be away for the month of December, so we are offering our bright and spacious apartment in the Rivierenbuurt. The apartment is 65 m² and features a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a quality oven, air fryer, milk frother, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware. There is also a large dining table perfect for meals or working.

The living room is fitted with a 55-inch 4K smart TV, and the apartment has two generous bedrooms, each with plenty of closet space. Additionally, there is a laundry room and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower. The apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet street with no noise disturbances.

The location is excellent: within walking distance of both Amstel Station and RAI (train and metro), and just a 2-minute walk from two tram stops. The neighborhood offers many great shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Price and duration can be discussed and agreed upon together. A €60 cleaning fee applies.
