About the place

Ground-floor apartment with a large garden, ideal for plant lovers. Furnished and carpeted, with a fully equipped kitchen including dishes, glassware, etc. Perfect for a temporary stay for either a single person or a couple. Hugo de Grootplein, with its cozy restaurants and cafés, is literally around the corner, as are the Dirk and Albert Heijn supermarkets. Various trams and buses also depart from just around the corner. A 7-minute bike ride to Amsterdam Central Station, 12 minutes to Sloterdijk Station, and within walking distance of the Jordaan and Westerpark.
The rent includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. You may also use the barbecue, and there is the option to use a traditional “oma” bike with a lock. A washing machine is available; however, there is no dryer.
I am renting out my apartment temporarily because my husband and I are going to Peru for two months. We kindly ask that the plants be watered during our absence.
A €500 security deposit is required, which may be partially or fully withheld if energy costs turn out to be higher than expected.
