The studio is a 5-minute walk from Westerpark.  
Preference for a tidy, clean and vegetarian person who loves peace and quiet at home and is willing to water 15 plants every 8-9 days at most.
Rent and space are for one person only and amount is 1350 euro per month 
Rent includes: good internet connection, kitchen equipment, washing machine.
Rent does not include: electricity and gas consumption, bed linen and "consumables".
Electricity and gas consumption are monitored by the tenant, and payment is based on actual consumption.
1 month deposit + 150 Euro for utilities
