About the place

rom November 15th to January 16th (2 months), my lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Amsterdam will be available. It’s located in the centre near Prinseneiland and is just a 5-minute bike ride from Central Station.

The apartment is 40m² and good for one person. It has a comfy couch, a projector, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, and a golden disco ball to top it all off.

The rent is 1,500 euros per month. This includes internet and water, but excludes gas and electricity. In the winter, I typically spend between 100 and 160 euros on these utilities, though I do keep my thermostat set quite low. So expect to pay a bit more than what I pay. 

Good to know:
* Queer people are extra welcome to reply
* Unfortunately registration is not possible, as it's temporary
* There's no smoking in the apartment
* It’s an old building, so it’s not a suitable for parties. I’m lucky to have fairly quiet neighbours, and it’s important for me to stay on good terms with them : ).
