Located just a five-minute walk from the Vondelpark and ten minutes from the Leidseplein. It is easily accessible by tram 1, 7 and 17. It is located close to Jan Piet Heijstraat between the Kinkerstraat and Overtoom, which provides many conveniences in daily life: shops, Food Halen, cinema,.....

The flat has some nice features: it is quiet and safe, with a bedroom for two, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, open kitchen, extra/work room and a balcony overlooking a beautiful canal.
