About the place

We're moving out and looking for a new tenant to take over our apartment. We'd originally planned to hand it over to friends, but they dropped out at the last minute, so we're now looking for the right couple or pair of friends to take it on as it is.

The apartment
Two bedrooms, one noticeably larger than the other. It's a great setup for a couple, since the second room works perfectly as a home office or guest room.

We've lived here for four years and loved every minute of it. We're hoping to pass it on to someone who'll enjoy it as much as we have.

Furniture
We won't be taking most of our furniture with us, so the new tenant would take it over for a fair price. This includes the dining table, couch, TV, and several other pieces. It's all really nice stuff and in great condition, so it's a genuine bargain compared to furnishing from scratch. Honestly it would be a big help to us too, since we don't have time to clear everything out, so this works well for both sides.

The numbers:
Rent: 2600 per month
Deposit: two months' rent

Contract
This is a one-year fixed contract with the option to extend indefinitely afterwards. Once we've found a good fit and confirmed the income requirements are met, we'll present your profile to the landlord, who will then draw up a new contract directly with you.
