About the place

Available from 1st July for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility to take over the apartment long term afterwards, provided the income requirements are met.

💶 Rent: €2,600/month – utility bills included

🔐 Deposit: 1.5x monthly rent

📍 Location: Right next to the A’DAM Tower, only a short ferry ride from Amsterdam Central Station – very central and well connected.

Please note that the apartment itself comes unfurnished. All furniture currently in the apartment belongs to us and will remain during the rental period so the apartment is fully equipped and ready to move into.

In case of a long-term takeover afterwards, we would appreciate knowing in advance whether you would also be interested in taking over the furniture for a mutually agreed price.

The apartment would be entirely for you, except during the months of October and November, when we would temporarily be sharing the apartment. During that time, I would stay in the smaller bedroom, while you would continue using the bigger bedroom throughout the rental period.

We are ideally looking for:

• Couples

• Stable income and work situation

• Respectful and responsible tenants

• No parties

• Non-smokers

That said, we are open to considering all profiles.
