The Canal House is literally around the corner to the south entrance of Vondelpark overlooking the Schinkel Canal with quick and easy public transport connections. Within 10-20 minutes by bike or public transport you can be basically anywhere in Amsterdam, including the center or the business district South. Any shop you need as well as lovely restaurants and bars are all within a short stroll (5 minutes walking).
One of the safest areas in Amsterdam local and expats alike love. 
The suite is spaciously laid out with living room with open kitchen, working area, all overlooking the canal from 3 large windows. The apartment is fully serviced -that means professional cleaning every other week (incl. linen change for the bed) plus all maintenance work is taken care of. It offers wide canals and active bridge views at the front, truly authentic Amsterdam experience every day. The bedroom is in the calm back of the house. There are also shared washer/dryer facilities on the hallway (with one other apartment) while each apartment has its own ironing equipment. High speed internet in the whole apartment is included. A personal check-in will help you feel at home in Amsterdam.
