About the place

This floor is due to be renovated and therefore only available until the end of next summer, and only for tenants wanting to live in Amsterdam temporarily for the purpose of their studies or intership. The apartment has 3 rooms, a kitchen with a shower (so no separate bathroom for the shower!) and a separate toilet. The apartment comes upholstered, furnished as in the photos, and the kitchen stocked. The rooms and kitchen and toilet are connected by a communal hallway that is open to the stairway and that the tenants who live upstairs also need to pass through. The separate toilet in the hallway may occasionally used by 1 tenant who lives upstairs. The expected inconvenience is reflected in the rental price. Registration possible.
