The apartment is available for rent. It will soon be renovated. Until then, this space is available for rent for three months started from the beginning of the rent period. It comprises one living room (19m2) , one large bedroom at the front (19m2) , one small bedroom at the front (6,2 m2) , and a kitchen at the rear. There is a separate toilet and a separate bathroom with a bathtub and sink.
The living room is spacious and could also be used as a bedroom. There is a separate entrance with a wardrobe and a meter cupboard. The apartment is located on the second floor and has its own entrance, accessible by stairs.
The entrance is shared with the apartment on the third floor, where a man lives alone. A family with two older children lives downstairs. Preferable rent the appartment to someone who has a driver's license to maintain a parking permit at this address. 
Tenants are recommended to be students, one or two students, or a maximum of three students, who wish to live here temporarily.
