The apartment is located in a classic mansion in the liveliest part of the city, Oud West. The location is characterized as a lively and stately neighborhood with a charming architectural style. The Vondelpark is located 100 meters from the house. You can have fun in the area in the numerous cafes and restaurants. You can sit on a terrace here within two minutes and the supermarket is less than a five-minute walk away.

The apartment is spread over two floors (tirth and fourth). On the third floor you will find the kitchen/diner, bathroom with bath and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished. The kitchen has a stove, oven and fridge/freezer combination. There is air conditioning in the living room for the hot days in the summer. There is a sofa, dining table with chairs and a television on the wall. Washing machine is available and is in a separate room with the boiler.
