· Bathroom (shower, bath tub & toilet) and separate toilet

· Storage room with washing machine, dryer etc.

We are looking for either a single person, or a couple or friends. 

I will be your room mate during your stay. I am an 31 year old Dutch guy, respectful, clean, and social. Nice to have a dinner together every now and then but also fine to spend time on our own.

The apartment is situated near the Amstel Station, where this sublease offers the perfect blend of city living and tranquility. You’ll be a 4 minute walk away from the Amstelstation and a 10 minute bike ride to de Pijp. Plenty of supermarkts and bars around.
