About the place

From May to end of June our apartment is available for rent. After that we will do some renovations.

The apartment is in a beautiful green, central and quiet street on the canals, close to metro Weesperplein, the zoo Artis and the Hortus Botanicus.

The furnished 60m2 apartment has a kitchen, bathroom and combined living/bedroom where the sleeping and living space are separated by a low wall. As a result the place is most suitable for one person or a couple not working from home (since it is not possible to have a call in a separate room). 

The apartment is in a beautiful monumental building built at the end of the 19th century. As a result the building is not suitable for loud music or throwing parties (with loud music) because it would be too noisy for our neighbors.

We are looking for someone who is in need of temporary housing (exact dates can be discussed) and who will take good care of our much loved place. 

Rent includes WiFi, gas and electricity and a bi weekly cleaning session.
