About the place

For rent: furnished apartment on the Nieuwe Prinsengracht in Amsterdam, available from 4 February to 19 March. As I will be staying abroad temporarily, I am renting out my home during this period.

I am looking for a tidy, working tenant who will take good care of the apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts, including a washing machine and other necessary amenities. It’s really bright, next to the canals and terrace in the back. 
Pets are not allowed.
Use of a second bedroom is possible by arrangement.
