About the place

Beautiful view over the water of Amsterdam. You have your own toilet and kitchen. Shared (walk-in) showers.

You're never alone, as many people stay here on the quay, which makes it very cosy and gives you a safe feeling. The yacht is moored at an enclosed quay with 24h security. Only people with an access pass can get onto the quay.

Thanks to the heat pump and air conditioning you're never too warm or too cold, and you can heat affordably and safely without using gas.

On the outside the yacht has a spacious terrace where you can lie back or set up a chair, lovely in summer.

A few conditions:

No drugs/weed/alcohol allowed
No parties or loud music
50 kWh per month included in the price, after that €0.50 per kWh used, all-in
Minimum contract is 4 months.
Public drunkenness prohibited.

The stated price is for 1 person.

For 2 people, an additional 150 euro per month applies.

The above conditions apply when renting. When buying, you are simply the owner.

You may not live here permanently, only stay.
