About the place

Hey! I am looking to sublet my furnished 2-bedroom appartment in Amsterdam West – walking distance to Bos & Lommer plein and Sloterdijk station. My roommate and I will be walking the Te Aora trail in New Zealand!

I would be very happy to provide it to a working couple or two friends looking for a flatshare to start their life in Amsterdam. It could be your starting point to look for something more permanent or see if you like the city. 

•	15th of Jan until 7th of May. 
•	1300/ month including electricity, furniture and all other amenities
•	400,- deposit in case the washing machine breaks or repairs are needed
•	Full payment 1 week before renting (4950,-) (we can talk about this, I want to avoid finding new renters while I'm in NZ) 


You'll get:
•	Spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom
•	2 bedrooms (including 2 beds) 
•	Attic for storage upstairs & shared shed in front for storing bikes 
•	Small garden with a garden set and many indoor plants
•	Washing machine (no dryer) 
•	Kitchen with cooking utensils 
•	You can borrow my bike if you promise to take good care of it / replace with another simple bike in case it would get stolen  
•	3 sets of keys
