About the place

My apartment will be for rent between Dec 23 2026 to approx Feb 10 2027 due to travel. Possibility also to stay a little longer in one of the rooms (with its own ensuite bathroom) if your dates don't match mine. I prefer to rent to someone already in NL who can view the place in person. Quiet building and lovely neighbourhood in Amsterdam Oost with great fresh food shopping, eating, parks and many nice cafes. 10-15 minutes bike to centre. Place has 2 bathrooms, the one not pictured needs renovation but is fully functional, the other is new. It would suit a person or couple needing a temporary place while looking for something longer term. Rent is inclusive utilities for one person- assuming similar use of heating to me. For two it's a little more.
