About the place

My apartment is to rent for a short period Dec 24 to approx Feb 10- maybe a little longer. Possibility also to stay a bit longer in one of the rooms (with its own ensuite bathroom) if your dates don't match mine.
It's not a long term housing opportunity but a very nice one for 1-3 people who need a place while they are looking for a long term option. Price is per month inc. bills but could be slightly lower or higher depending on number of people. Quiet building- tenant must respect this and lovely neighbourhood in Amsterdam Oost with great fresh food shopping, eating, parks and many nice cafes. 10-15 minutes bike to centre . Place actually has 2 bathrooms, one, not pictured needs renovation but is fully functional. Couple or parent with child OK.
