About the place

After recent renovations to the apartment building, the apartment is in perfect condition and ready for a wonderful tenant. We're doing an exchange, so we're looking for one tenant (registered) who can move in. The apartment is fully furnished. Its location in De Pijp, near the city center and Zuid, makes it ideal for a student or working professional. There's a tram stop nearby, and the metro is within walking distance. The area is full of great restaurants, bars, shops, and gyms. The apartment has plenty of natural light, making it perfect for summer!
