This beautiful house suits all your wishes! Perfectly located in Amsterdam New West, one can travel easily to the city center by public transport. But this part of Amsterdam also offers beautiful quiet spots within walking distance, such as public parks and a lake. If you are looking for a more lively environment, you can visit nearby squares like plein40-45, or Bos en Lommer plein, with daily  Bazar/Market and many diverse supermarkets, shops, cafes, and restaurants.
We have a lovely cat her name is Nancy who will be your safeguarding angel.

The house consists of the ground floor with an open kitchen, living room, and toilet, and from the living room, you go to a nice garden half of its glass room. 
The second floor has a bathroom+toilet, and the sleeping rooms, the guest room is not spacious, but tidy and cozy with a double bed, the second room is in the attic with a a sofa bed, and the third bedroom is a children's room.

Green, bars, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance.
The house is located in a nice, green area alongside a quiet canal, perfect for walks, jogging, picnics, or even a BBQ when the weather allows. Despite its peaceful surroundings, the location is very well connected. Tram, bus, and metro stops are all within a 10-minute walking distance, and the city centre can be reached in approximately 20–30 minutes by public transport. If you prefer cycling, it's about a 20-minute bike ride to the centre.
