Rental conditions

- Available to tenants in full-time employment / entrepreneurship. Proof of income required.
- No students or house-sharing

- Registration with the municipality is required
- Security deposit: one month’s rent
- The rent excludes utilities, internet/TV subscriptions, and municipal and water-board charges payable by the occupier.
- The rent will be indexed annually in accordance with the applicable provisions of Dutch tenancy law.
