About the place

Hi! I'm Dorus (29), an easygoing roommate working as a dedorbuilder. Due to my job, I often work irregular hours and spend a lot of time staying in hotels across the country — which means you'll regularly have the place all to yourself!

Starting September 25th, I’m going on a trip to South America. Since I won't be back until early January 2027, I'm looking for a nice subletter (or couple) for my home. The apartment is available from late September / October 1st until January 1st, 2027 (3 months, exact dates are negotiable).

There are two options available:
1. Full temporary sublet (3 months): You rent the entire apartment from October through December. I will move back in per January 1st, 2027.
2. Sublet + long-term roommate: You rent the entire apartment for the first 3 months. When I return in early 2027, you stay on as my permanent roommate and take one of the bedrooms for €900/month.

Apartment Details:
* Location: Kostverlorenstraat 14-3 (Frederik Hendrikbuurt) – right around the corner from the Jordaan and Westerpark
* Size: 66 m² total
* Rooms: 2 bedrooms/study rooms (8 m² and 7 m²)
* Layout: Spacious separate living room and a separate kitchen
* Rent (for the whole apartment): €1,850/month (including gas, water, electricity, and internet)
