At the front is the spacious living room with open kitchen, and at the rear are two generous bedrooms and a sunny 10 m² southeast-facing balcony. With no fewer than five windows at the front and four at the rear, the apartment is always full of light, even when the sun is not shining. At the rear you overlook a green oasis of back gardens, which are remarkably quiet.

Availability
The apartment is initially available for a period of 6 months, with a strong likelihood of extension by a further 6 months, up to a year. The owners are temporarily relocating abroad for work.

The Neighbourhood
The Spaarndammerbuurt is a true gem in Amsterdam, ideally located between the vibrant Westerpark, the charming Jordaan and the modern Houthavens. Within walking distance you will find two supermarkets, the renowned bakery Bbrood, various shops, excellent restaurants and cosy cafés such as Moos and De Walvis. The recently developed Houthavens offer new recreational opportunities with a large city park, children’s play areas, a city beach and various bars and restaurants such as Bar Hout and Boat & Co. Through traffic, which previously used the Spaarndammerdijk, now runs through a tunnel under the Houthavenpark towards the A10.

The lively Westerpark, with the cultural hotspot Westergasfabriek and popular venues such as Troost, Pacific and Cantine de Caron, is just a 5-minute walk away. The Jordaan, the canal belt, NDSM (via the ferry) and the lively Haarlemmerstraat are all within a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride. Amsterdam Centraal and Sloterdijk stations are both 10 minutes away by bike or bus. The A10 ring road and the Coentunnel are only a few minutes’ drive away.
