Layout
The apartment has lots of natural light both at the front at the back and is located on the second floor and can be reached by stairs. You enter into the hallway which includes a large storage room. The spacious living room is located at the front and features large windows over the whole of the front that let in plenty of natural light. Its unobstructed location ensures privacy. The spacious, modern kitchen with various built-in appliances is located in between the lounge and the dining.

Both bedrooms are spacious and are located at the back. One of them is adjacent to the balcony. The neat bathroom is in the centre of the home. It has a bathtub with a shower, washbasin with mirror cabinet, washing machine and dryer, towel rack and bathroom cabinet. The toilet is separate.

Adjacent to the dining and one of the bedrooms is the balcony. From both rooms the balcony is accessible by sliding doors.

Surroundings and Accessibility
The apartment complex is situated in the Nieuw-Sloten residential neighborhood. This is a quiet, well-connected residential area with good local facilities and easy access to both nature and the city center.. The complex is very centrally located, with the Belgiëplein shopping center just around the corner. Here you’ll find an AH supermarket, Kruidvat, Dirk Supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, flowershop and a fishmonger for your daily groceries. There are also elementary and secondary schools, a squash court, various dining options, and recreational areas such as the Kasterleepark, Sloterplas, Nieuwe Meer, and the Amsterdamse Bos nearby.

Just a stone's throw from the complex, in addition to various bus routes, tram line 2 stops here, providing a direct connection to downtown and central station. Schiphol Airport is just a 7 min bus ride away with bus 369. The bus stops for lines 69 and 145 are also within walking distance.
Within a few minutes by car, you can reach various major highways (A4, A9, and the A10 ring road) heading toward Amstelveen, The Hague,  Rotterdam and Utrecht.
