About the place

Lovely apartment in the East of Amsterdam directly located on the buzzing Javastraat. Big terrace in the back to enjoy summer days & nights, and cozy inside for winter days. 

The apartment is fully furnished and decorated, has a washing machine and dryer, and is super cozy with the large southward facing backyard terrace being the highlight. It has pretty much everything available, and I cant think of much that would be missing. New AC/Heat pump will get installed in October 2026.

As I will be moving to Rotterdam for a 12 months break and I am looking for someone responsible that would take good care of the place (& ideally my plants). It is suitable for both singles and couples and I have very friendly neighbors all around.

I am planning to leave Amsterdam at the end of November and I would be back by the end of November 2027. We would setup a proper contract (English/Dutch) that would govern the rental period and all rental terms .

I am happy to show you the place and discuss questions (e.g rental period, registration), etc.
