Please note that the landlord can only accept applicants who are currently not registered at an address in the Municipality of Amsterdam. Unfortunately, applicants who are already registered in Amsterdam are not eligible for this accommodation.

Utilities (gas, electricity and water) are not included. The apartment has energy label A and is therefore very well insulated.


Please note: the apartment has block heating through the homeowners’ association (VvE). The rental agreement includes a monthly advance payment of €250 for heating costs. Electricity can be arranged separately by the tenant.
