As we have bought a house, we are looking for new tenants to take over the apartment we are currently renting in Amsterdam centre. €2310 (excl. utilities), available on permanent contract from May 1st, 2026.

• No private parking on site (paid parking nearby)
- Built in 2022, electric heat pump (no gas), excellent insulation
- Rent: €2,310 per month (excl. utilities)
- Deposit: 3 months’ rent
income requirement (via rental company): Combined gross household income must be at least 3.5x the monthly rent (± €97,000 per year).
Note: We are personally finding the next tenants, but the rental contract will be arranged via the rental company.
There is a possibility to take over the flooring (including underfloor), curtains and curtain rails for a fair fee. Otherwise, these items will be removed.
