Looking for serious tenants, independent workers, working abroad for a short term or small family from up to 3 weeks.

3 weeks from 13 December to 4 January for 2000e (1 people +200e for an extra person) 

500e of deposit, refunded one day after check out.

No pets, no smocking inside please, no extra guests not declared.

- one main large bedroom with wardrobe
- one smaller second room with a convertible sofa, work desk and wardrobe
- large bathroom with a walk-in shower
- separate toilets
- shared outside picnic table with the building owners.
- Christmas tree on!

- No smoking inside/partying/pets allowed.
