About the place

We are renting out our fully furnished apartment from 1 August 2026 until 30 October 2026, as my girlfriend and I will be spending this period abroad.

The 58 m² apartment is suitable for one person or a couple and was fully renovated in 2021. The bathroom was completely renovated in August 2022. It is modern, comfortable, and fully equipped, allowing you to move in and feel at home right away.

The apartment includes:
• washing machine, dryer, and television;
• modern, fully equipped kitchen;
• separate home office, ideal for remote working;
• comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm wide);
• spacious west-facing balcony with outdoor furniture;
• underfloor heating;
• fully furnished throughout.

The monthly rent is €2,100, including Wi-Fi and municipal taxes, and excluding gas, water, and electricity. Based on normal usage, utility costs are expected to be approximately €80 per month.

Good to know:
• registration at the address is not possible;
• a security deposit equivalent to two months’ rent (€4,200) is required.

The apartment is located in De Baarsjes, one of Amsterdam’s most popular and vibrant neighbourhoods. Within walking distance, you will find a wide variety of cafés, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Both Rembrandtpark and Erasmuspark are nearby, and Amsterdam city centre can be reached within minutes by bike or public transport.
