About the place

I'm looking to rent out my apartment for one month, either in January, February, or March. A rental period of 6–8 weeks is also negotiable. During that time, I'll be embracing the digital nomad lifestyle and working from somewhere else. 

The apartment is a very modern, comfortable home on the 18th floor, offering beautiful views, plenty of natural light, and a peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to the building's modern water-based underfloor heating and cooling system, the apartment stays pleasantly cool, even during warmer days. 

The balcony gets the afternoon and evening sun from around 3:00 PM, making it the perfect spot to relax after work. The location is incredibly convenient: 
- Just 500 metres from Bullewijk metro station, with Amsterdam city centre only 10–12 minutes away by metro. 
- 500 metres from the Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome, and AFAS Live. 
- A supermarket is just 800 metres away. 
- The major motorways are nearby, making it easy to travel by car. 
- The apartment is fully furnished and ideal for someone looking for a comfortable short-term stay.
