🏠 My apartment is located on Herculesstraat. It is 58 m² with a large living room, two bedrooms, a separate shower and toilet, and a kitchen. It also has its own front and back garden. In the afternoon, you can enjoy the sun in the garden, which has become a green oasis over the years. It’s a very pleasant and quiet apartment, well maintained, with nice neighbors you won’t be bothered by. It’s also a good apartment to share with a housemate.

🛋️ The apartment is furnished with a sofa, television, dining table, double beds in both bedrooms, wardrobes, and kitchenware.

💰 The rent is €2,600 per month, including gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.

⏱️ The apartment is available from April 15.

🏠 Preferably, only one person should be registered at the apartment.
