Whether you’re an expat who’s survived three near-breakdowns trying to find housing in Amsterdam, or simply looking for a comfortable short-term place:

I’m subletting my 1-bedroom, 46 m² apartment overlooking Westerpark for a short-term stay from February 17 to March 31
(earliest possible move-in: February 15).

Rent: €1,900 per 30 days (utilities excluded).
Ideal for stays of around 6 weeks.

The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people, preferably working professionals who respect the space, water the plants, and keep things calm (no wild parties, or at least excellent cleanup skills).
