Sunny small apartment in Amsterdam Zuid ( rivierenbuurt), close to the RAI. Built in the 1930's, the rivierenbuurt is a quiet residential area. We have excellent connections to the city centre by metro or bycicle ( 15 minutes) and are close to station Amsterdam Zuid, station Amstel and Schiphol airport

From 12 September onward we will rent out our apartment of 36 m2 for a period of maximally two years. Registration is possible.
The apartment is situated at the fourth floor ( no elevator) and has its own  entrance . It consists of two rooms, with a separate kitchenette ( freshly renovated), a large south facing balcony and a shower. It is furnished. 

The rent is 1300 euro’s per month including utilities and internet. We ask for one month’s deposit.
 
Please note the following:

-	We will only rent out to a single person, no couples
-	As you would be living in close proximity to us, we only do in-person viewing and interviews. Internationals are very welcome 😊
-	The maximum rental period of two years is a given and cannot be extended. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is looking for that period of time, that is, two academic years.
-	No smoking
