Upon entering the apartment of about 63m2, you step directly into the pleasant living room, located at the front of the home and featuring windows that let in plenty of natural light. 
The kitchen is luxuriously appointed with cabinets, drawers, and a wooden countertop. It is also fully equipped with built-in appliances from top brands, including a combination microwave oven and a dishwasher.
The spacious bedroom is located next to the kitchen at the rear. 
The bathroom is situated next to the entrance. It features a light color scheme and is equipped with a separate shower, a 180 cm bathtub, and a wood-look vanity with mirror. 
There is a separate toilet with a hand basin, located apart from the bathroom. 
Next to the kitchen is a separate storage/laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The entire apartment features beautiful oak parquet flooring and double-glazed windows. The color scheme of the kitchen, flooring, and paintwork makes the apartment a very attractive and contemporary space. 
The location 
A cozy street with plenty of greenery. Around the apartment, you’ll find many cafés, restaurants, shops, and boutiques. These include: the bustling Sarphatipark—which is used by local residents in the summer—and the restaurant squares: Gerard Douplein and Marie Heinekenplein. The Rijksmuseum, the Stedelijk, and the Van Gogh Museum are all nearby. 
The apartment is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. You can reach the A-10 ring road within minutes. 
The North/South Line is located just around the corner. The North/South Line is ideal for a quick connection to Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Zuidas, and Amsterdam Central Station.
Sharing the apartment is possible, but not always practical because the bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom. Maximum 2 people. Registration possible. No pets. No smoking.

The apartment is lightly furnished with beds and a few cabinets (see photos) and furniture can be (re)moved on request
