The entire apartment is fully furnished and located in a new building on the first floor. the bedroom is 16m2, livingroom 31m2 and kitchen 10m2. There is also a balcony of 10m2  

I will be studying in Groningen for one year, so the apartment is temporarily available.

The apartment is only available for international students.

It also has a new kitchen, which was installed two months ago.
