The apartment features one spacious bedroom and has a living area of approximately 50 m². The property is delivered unfurnished, allowing you to fully decorate and furnish the space to your own taste. Thanks to its practical layout, the apartment is suitable for comfortable and independent living.

The maximum rental period is 12 months. The apartment is available from February 1 at a monthly rent of €1,800, excluding utilities. The security deposit equals two months’ rent.
