About the place

Please read the entire ad before sending me a message. My apartment is available this weekend and until April 1st. It's located in the Old West district, a 10-minute bike ride from Dam Square and Leidseplein. The apartment is fully furnished, clean, and approximately 70 square meters. It has two bedrooms, a balcony, and a dining room. This is a short-term rental, ideal for one person, a couple, or two friends who work. I'm looking for a clean, non-smoking, quiet, and respectful person. A security deposit is required and will be returned if the apartment is left in the same condition.
