About the place

My charming apartment is available from December 6, 2025, to April 1, 2026. Fully furnished, clean, and bright, the apartment is located in the Oud West neighborhood, close to the city center. It includes two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, internet access, and a balcony. All amenities are within a five-minute walk: shops, bars, restaurants, Vondelpark, Rembrandtpark, Basic-Fit gym, etc. Ideal for someone working 40 hours a week. Please don't contact me if you're not working and have come to Amsterdam to party. I'm looking for a very clean, non-smoking, and responsible person. The security deposit and first month's rent are due on the day you receive the keys.

Viewings are possible on weekends.
