About the place

Hi,

I have few trips scheduled in the winter months (Thailand and South Africa), so I am open to rent out my apartment. It is a 2-bedroom (a bedroom and an office) newly renovated apartment thoughtfully furnished. The location is Amsterdam - West, Chassestraat (walking distance from Foodhallen). 

I plan to be away between mid November 2026 to mid January 2027. I am flexible with dates, the longer you stay, the better (minimum 1 month as for VVE regulations). I regularly use a cleaner, so you will get a perfectly clean and neat apartment.

I worked before at Booking and Atlassian, and I advertise to rent the apartment to the employees of those companies first. The price is 2950 EUR + utility costs (usually around in winter around 200-250 EUR). 

Few conditions:
- 2950 EUR/month + utilities
- Minimum 1 month, max 
- Deposit 1 month
- 1-2 people
- No smoking
- No kids (you will struggle carrying the trolley through the stairs)
- I expect you to treat the apartment very well
- No parties hard enough for my neighbour below to recognise
