About the place

I will be traveling from June 25 to August 4, and looking for a responsible, considerate tenant while I'm away. The apartment has lots of natural sunlight and is a cozy, welcoming space. It is on a quiet street just off of Kinkerstraat and Jan Pieter Heijstraat, with lots of cafes and multiple grocery shops nearby. It is less than 1 km from Vondelpark.

I am looking for someone who will take care of the place, including the plants, keep it clean and be respectful of the neighbors. Strong preference will be given to working professionals already living in the Netherlands. No smoking or parties.
