The apartment
A warm living home with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, and all cookware), a bathroom with both shower and bathtub, a bedroom (1.4 m double bed + simple closet), a spacious living room, and a balcony overlooking a beautiful inner courtyard (accessible only to tenants). It is fully furnished with everything ready for you to move in.

Looking for
A quiet, clean, respectful, and communicative single professional or a couple.
No smoking indoors, pets, or parties.
Please be respectful of the building's quiet hours.
Watering the plants every two weeks is appreciated :)

Location
In the heart of Oude-west, right next to De Hallen, Ten Katemarkt, and Vondelpark, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, shops, and some of the city’s best cinemas. Museumplein, the 9 Streets, and Jordaan are all within walking distance. Trams 1, 3, 7, and 17 are at your doorstep, connecting you to the city centre, Central Station, Lelylaan, or Sloterdijk in 10–20 minutes.
